Our Design & Installation Process
At North Arch Bathrooms, our process is designed to make your bathroom renovation seamless from start to finish. Whether you’re planning a luxury ensuite or a family bathroom, every project begins with listening - understanding your ideas, your lifestyle, and what you truly want from your space.
Our experienced design and installation team handle every stage in-house, ensuring exceptional communication, precision, and peace of mind throughout your project
Step One – Discovery Consultation
Every project starts with a discovery consultation with our one of our designers to discuss your ideas. Followed up with a home consultation to measure up your space. Here we will be able to get a feel for the space and you will be able to guide us through how you want your bathroom to look, feel and function.Our design fee is £250, which is fully refundable once you place your order with us.
Step Two – Presentation
With over 30 years of combined design experience, our team is skilled in creating bespoke bathrooms that balance style, practicality and spatial awareness.You’ll be invited to our Muswell Hill design studio for a private presentation of your personalised package — including concept visuals, layout options, and material selections that bring your vision to life.
Step Three – Site Survey
Before work begins, we carry out a pre-installation site survey to confirm every technical detail. This step ensures complete transparency and avoids any unexpected issues during installation.After the survey, you’ll receive your final quotation — clear, comprehensive, and guaranteed. No hidden extras.
Step Four - Installation
Our installations are managed by Jakub, our dedicated Installation Manager, and carried out by our approved recommended installers, who have worked alongside us for years.From plumbing and electrics to tiling, carpentry and microcement, every element is handled by specialists who take pride in their craftsmanship.Our team keeps your home tidy and protected throughout the process, treating your space with the same care as their own.A typical North Arch installation takes three to four weeks, depending on project size and specification.
Step Five - Aftercare
Once your bathroom is complete, we’ll schedule a post-installation aftercare visit to ensure every detail is perfect. We take pride in our client relationships and encourage feedback so we can continuously refine our service.All installations come with a 12-month labour warranty, providing peace of mind long after the project is complete.
