At North Arch Bathrooms, we design, supply and install beautifully crafted bathrooms across London.

Founded by Drew Dawson, our family-run business has grown into one of North London’s most trusted bathroom specialists, known for a personal, design-led approach.
Every bathroom we create is bespoke, thoughtfully designed, expertly managed and beautifully installed. From the first consultation to the final inspection, we handle every detail under one roof to make the process seamless and stress-free.

  • Director

    The founder of North Arch Bathrooms and owner of Kobi, our showroom mascot. After years of designing and installing bathrooms himself, he decided to open up his own showroom in the heart of Muswell Hill (North Arch Bathrooms).


  • Showroom Manager

    Manages the daily operations of our Muswell Hill showroom, ensuring every client enjoys a warm, professional experience. With a passion for interiors and an eye for detail, Clara delivers a seamless journey from first visit to final design.


  • Digital Marketing Manager

    With a keen eye for detail, Andres quickly gained traction on our social media with his creativity. Andres oversees the business's logistics side, ensuring everything is running smoothly.


  • Showroom Assistant

    Selbi is the friendly face that helps keep the showroom running smoothly. From welcoming clients to supporting the design team, she brings organisation, warmth, and a genuine passion for interiors to everything she does.


  • Project Manager

    Jakub’s meticulous planning and organisational skills keep every project running seamlessly. He works closely with clients and installation teams to ensure each project is delivered on time and to the highest standard..


  • Marketing & Design

    Works across Google Ads, website design, and brand development, combining technical precision with creative insight to strengthen the North Arch digital presence.


  • Bathroom Designer

    Maria loves bringing bathroom ideas to life. She’s all about creating stylish, practical spaces tailored to you. When she’s not designing, she’s trend-spotting or enjoying a good coffee.


  • Office Dog

    Kobi is a fluffy bundle who takes his role very seriously - from greeting clients with a waggy tail to keeping team morale sky-high. When he’s not snoozing under a desk, you’ll find him patrolling the office for cuddles. Paws down, the best team member.

Located just off St James Lane in Muswell Hill, our showroom is easily accessible from Highgate, Crouch End, Finchley and Hampstead. We’re open six days a week, with appointments available for one-to-one consultations.

Are you a family-run business?

Yes. North Arch Bathrooms was founded as a family-run company and continues to operate with the same values — honesty, personal service and attention to detail.
Most of our projects are in North and North West London, but we also take on select installations across Central and Greater London.

Do you only work in North London?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ensures a designer is available to dedicate time to your project.

Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?

Our process is fully in-house — from design and supply to installation and aftercare. You’ll work with the same team throughout, ensuring a consistent, personal experience.
