Our Story
At North Arch Bathrooms, we design and supply beautifully crafted bathrooms across London. Founded by Drew Dawson, our family-run business has grown into one of North London’s most trusted bathroom specialists, known for a personal, design-led approach.
Every bathroom we create is bespoke, thoughtfully designed and beautifully made. From the first consultation to the final inspection, we handle every detail under one roof to make the process seamless and stress-free.

We believe great design starts with listening. Before we draw a single line, we take time to understand your style, space and lifestyle. Our designers will explore how you want your bathroom to feel - whether that’s calm and spa-like or vibrant and contemporary - before tailoring a design that’s both functional and timeless. We combine creative design with technical expertise, careful coordination and aftercare, giving you complete confidence at every stage.

Our design studio in Muswell Hill, North London, is where ideas come to life. You’ll find an inspiring selection of premium European bathroom brands, microcement finishes and real-life layouts designed to spark creativity. During your appointment, your designer will walk you through materials, lighting options and 3D visuals - turning concepts into reality.

Each of us brings specialist knowledge and attention to detail, working closely together to make the journey from first sketch to finished room seamless and enjoyable for you.

DirectorThe founder of North Arch and owner of Kobi, our showroom mascot. After years of designing and installing bathrooms himself, he opened our Muswell Hill showroom, North Arch Bathrooms - and has since expanded the brand with North Arch Kitchens, bringing the same design-led approach to bespoke kitchen spaces.

Lead Designer & Showroom Manager
Tanya brings over 20 years of experience in interiors, spanning bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and complete residential projects. She founded the Fired Earth interior design service, which was awarded Best Home Design Service by Good Housekeeping, and later ran her own studio for ten years. Her work has also featured in leading national publications. Combining strong technical knowledge with a warm, collaborative approach, Tanya guides clients through the design process to create places that feel genuinely theirs.

Marketing ManagerLeads the marketing and creative direction of North Arch, overseeing brand development, content creation, website design, and digital marketing. With a keen eye for detail and a creative approach, Andres has strengthened our social media presence while ensuring every project reflects the quality and craftsmanship behind the North Arch name.

Brings fresh ideas, creativity, and attention to detail to every project, helping create bespoke bathrooms and kitchens that reflect each client's vision. With a passion for thoughtful design, they focus on delivering spaces that are both timeless and practical.

Located just off St James Lane in Muswell Hill, our showroom is easily accessible from Highgate, Crouch End, Finchley and Hampstead. We’re open six days a week, with appointments available for one-to-one consultations.

Are you a family-run business?
Yes. North Arch Bathrooms was founded as a family-run company and continues to operate with the same values — honesty, personal service and attention to detail.
Most of our projects are in North and North West London, but we also take on select projects across Central and Greater London
Do you only work in North London?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ensures a designer is available to dedicate time to your project.
Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?
Our design and supply process is fully in-house, and we coordinate closely with your installer through to aftercare. You'll work with the same design team throughout
