Our Story
At North Arch Bathrooms, we design, supply and install beautifully crafted bathrooms across London.
Founded by Drew Dawson, our family-run business has grown into one of North London’s most trusted bathroom specialists, known for a personal, design-led approach.Every bathroom we create is bespoke, thoughtfully designed, expertly managed and beautifully installed. From the first consultation to the final inspection, we handle every detail under one roof to make the process seamless and stress-free.

DirectorThe founder of North Arch and owner of Kobi, our showroom mascot. After years of designing and installing bathrooms himself, he opened our Muswell Hill showroom, North Arch Bathrooms - and has since expanded the brand with North Arch Kitchens, bringing the same design-led approach to bespoke kitchen spaces.

Showroom Manager & Senior Kitchen DesignerAs Showroom Manager and Kitchen Designer, Clara oversees the Muswell Hill studio while guiding clients through bespoke North Arch Kitchens designs. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail ensure a smooth, professional experience from initial visit to final presentation.

Yes. North Arch Bathrooms was founded as a family-run company and continues to operate with the same values — honesty, personal service and attention to detail.Most of our projects are in North and North West London, but we also take on select installations across Central and Greater London.Do you only work in North London?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ensures a designer is available to dedicate time to your project.Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?
Our process is fully in-house — from design and supply to installation and aftercare. You’ll work with the same team throughout, ensuring a consistent, personal experience.
