Through our 3d bathroom design and 3d design presentations, whether you choose our trusted bathroom installer, or you prefer to use your own fitter or plumber, we will provide detailed 2D plans so everything is plumbed, tiled and installed accurately and to specification as part of our bathroom installation package.

A North Arch bathroom is designed with long term quality and timeless design in mind. Every bathroom is unique, but here is a guide to understand the typical project costs, from design to supply and installation.
  • Cloakroom suite – 8-13k
  • Shower Room with shower tray – 22-32K
  • Bathroom with bath and overhead shower – 25k- 35k
  • Bath and separate wet room begin 30K upwards
This is a rough guide price for supply and design for 2025. These prices can vary. We work with a vast array of suppliers so it will depend on what specification you want for your new bathroom, including options such as underfloor heating or a more luxurious finish for a larger new room. Step One - Discovery & Design

Every project starts with a discovery consultation with one of our designers to discuss your ideas. This is followed up with a home visit to measure up your space. Here we will be able to get a feel for the space and you will be able to guide us through how you want your bathroom to look, feel and function so we can recommend bathroom design solutions that suit every home.

Step Two - Presentation

Based on what we have learnt from you regarding your ideas and inspirations, our designers curate a personalised presentation that brings your vision to life through a range of realistic photorealistic imagery, a key render and material sample selections that bespeak quality. This stage of the design process is an opportunity for us to work with you to make sure the designs meet your needs, both visually and functionally, allowing us to find products and layout options and make design revisions with precision and attention to detail, tailored to your unique requirements and the finishing touches you prefer.

Step Three - Site Survey

Once designs are finalised, our team, together with our experienced installers, conducts a pre-installation site survey to ensure that we are aware of any pitfall prior to work commencing. This technical check helps us avoid any unforeseen issues during the fit. After the survey is complete, we will provide you with a final, itemised quote - no hidden extras.

Step Four - Installations

At North Arch we pride ourselves on having some of the most reliable and skilled recommended installers and tradespeople in the whole of North London. Managed by Jakob, our dedicated project manager, our expert team commits to overseeing every step of the process from plumbing and electrics to tile setting, carpentry, microcement and the way we plumb in your chosen fixtures. Throughout the process our fitting teams will always take care in your home, making sure work is complete to a consistently high standard, meeting the highest standards we set for workmanship while minimising the disruption to the rest of your living space.

Step Five - Aftercare Support

Once your project is complete, we schedule a visit to your home for an aftercare support visit to assess the quality of the workmanship and ensure every detail is up to the North Arch standard. We see the bathroom renovation as a complete transformation, so our job does not end when we turn your bathroom back over to you. We offer a 12-month labour guarantee, so if anything goes wrong you can contact our team and we will respond quickly to keep your dream bathroom feeling as good as day one and to bring your dream bathroom to life.

How long does a typical install take.

Each project is different but typically you can expect a North Arch bathroom install to take three to four weeks. However, this will depend on the size of the project as well as the different specifications.

Do I need to arrange trades.

We have recommended installers that we trust to complete our projects to a consistently high quality. So rest assured you do not need to organise a single trade when working with North Arch. Our fully project managed service takes care of it all.

Can you work from my architect’s plans.

We can work architect plans if needed, however we always prefer to measure up ourselves to be sure that we have all the correct information before creating designs.

Do you design only.

No, we do not offer a design only service. All digital renders and 2D plans created as part of our paid design service will only be released to the customer if an order is placed.

Do you charge for design. Is it refundable.

We charge a £250 design fee, however once you place an order for your new bathroom and choose to renovate with us this will be taken off the value of your order.

Do you handle the installation too.

Yes, we handle the full bathroom fit too. We have approved installers, with years of experience delivering high end bathrooms across North London.
