We Manage Your Bathroom From Initial Design To Final Handover

We are a specialist North London bathroom team that looks after every stage of your bathroom project. Our service combines thoughtful bathroom design, meticulous product selection and installation carried out by an independent installer we recommend, who contracts with you directly, with deliveries coordinated by our in-house Installation Coordinator

Everything starts with an initial discovery consulatation followed by a home consultation. We visit your property, measure the existing bathroom, talk through how you use the space and what is not working. Storage, layout, lighting, the scale of the bathroom, nothing is too small to discuss. That early conversation helps us understand what type of project we are about to undertake and what your demands are from your new bathroom.

After that visit, we invite you to our Muswell Hill showroom. You see a full presentation of your new bathroom, mood boards and finishes, with a curated range of tiles, brassware and sanitaryware laid out together so you can compare everything under one roof. Our design service is a structured stage, currently £250, refunded when you go ahead and order products through us.

From there, we handle supply, delivery and communication. Installation is arranged directly

between you and your installer. so you are not left coordinating a separate tiler, plumber, decorator and bathroom fitter on your own

Our Bathroom Design That’s Tailored To You

Every home is different, so every bathroom should feel as if it truly belongs there. We provide a bathroom design and installation service that balances functional design with those small details that make a room feel special: beautifully aligned walls and floors, calm lighting scenes, discreet storage and well considered furniture. Some clients ask for a classic full bathroom with a generous bath, separate shower and fitted storage. Others want a wet room with level access, sleek glass and underfloor heating. Whatever the brief, we specialise in bespoke design that ties layout, finishes and brassware together, so the space feels like a coherent room rather than a collection of products. We work with premium European brands for brassware, ceramics, microcement systems and tiles, and match those products to the character of your property and the scale of the bathroom.  This includes contemporary apartments, family houses and grand period homes in areas such as St John’s Wood, Hampstead, Highgate & Islington. Where the architecture has real personality. If you want a bespoke bathroom that links with a broader home renovation, or a consistent palette across a bathroom or kitchen, we can coordinate colours, stone and metals so everything feels intentional rather than accidental.

What To Expect From A Complete Bathroom Renovation In London

Once your layout and specification are signed off, your installer schedules the works and coordinates every tradesperson on site, while we coordinate deliveries to match their programme

A typical full bathroom installation with us involves:

  • Careful strip out of the existing suite and safe removal of waste

  • Plumbing and plumb alterations, including any pressure upgrades needed for a great shower

  • First fix electrics, including new circuits for lighting, underfloor heating or a demisting mirror

  • Preparation of walls and floors so tiling, microcement and paint have the best possible base

  • Tiling, microcement, decorating and bathroom fitting, including any built in furniture

  • Second fix of fixtures and fittings, such as brassware, shower systems and lighting

  • Final snagging, cleaning and handover by your installer

Theseworks are carried out by your installer under your contract with them.

Our projects are fully coordinated, which is key for high quality workmanship and finish. Many bathroom renovation project horror stories start when homeowners are left trying to juggle separate trades, and responsibility falls between the gaps if something goes wrong. We keep the design, the specification and the supply in one place and stay in touch through to handover, so you always know who is doing what.

Bathroom Renovation Costs, Timelines And Value

Costs vary with the size of the bathroom, the specification and how much hidden work sits behind the tiles and paint. Our own pricing guidance for a full luxury bathroom, including design, supply and installation, currently ranges from around £22,000 for a shower room to £30,000 plus for a bath and separate shower bathroom. Installation is quoted separately by our recommended installer and paid directly to them, so you can see exactly what each part costs.

When it comes to time on site, industry sources say a full bathroom renovation can take from about two weeks for like-for-like work up to six weeks for larger or more complex rooms.  We typically allow three to four weeks per room, which gives enough breathing space for waterproofing, tiling, drying times and detailed finishing without rushing.

A well planned new bathroom can also contribute to your property value. Studies from lenders and home improvement surveys suggest that adding an extra bathroom, or upgrading a tired one, can increase a home’s value by roughly 4 to 6 percent when the design is in keeping with the rest of the property.  Recent coverage of renovation trends also highlights that bathroom and kitchen upgrades remain among the most popular projects for improving both daily living and long term value.

How We Keep Your Bathroom Project Stress Free

Our typical client is busy, often travelling or working long hours, and does not want to spend evenings chasing suppliers or rearranging trades. Many have had difficult experiences with builders before: poor communication, projects dragging on, or aftercare that disappears once the invoice is paid.

We designed our bathroom installation service to remove that friction:

  • One clear point of contact: our Installation Coordinator handles deliveries, product queries and scheduling with your installer, and keeps you updated throughout.

  • Installers we know: we only recommend people we've worked alongside for years, who hold their own public liability insurance and relevant qualifications, and who understand the level of craftsmanship our designs are drawn to.

  • Joined up scheduling: Supply and installation are planned together so your chosen fixture does not arrive weeks too early or too late.

  • Clear paperwork: You receive drawings, specifications and a schedule before work starts, so everyone understands who is doing what and when.

  • Aftercare: We return after completion to check everything with you and installers we recommend provide a 12-month labour warranty, given by and claimed directly from them

We are very aware of the common complaints in the premium market: price without matching service, communication breakdowns during remedial work, supply issues that leave bathrooms unfinished and weak follow up once the job is “done”.

Our answer is straightforward: realistic timelines, transparent pricing, proactive updates and a commitment to resolve any issue with the products we've supplied, properly and without fuss.

We work across the London area, from compact apartments to substantial family homes. One recent bathroom renovation in St John’s Wood turned a tired existing bathroom into a calm, spa-like suite with a generous bath, walk-in shower and clever storage hidden behind flush fronts. Another, in Hampstead, transformed a small bathroom into a light, practical shower room with a wall hung WC, recessed shelving and warmer lighting. The installers we recommend are used to the quirks of city properties: tall townhouses, tight staircases, boiler locations that are nowhere near the bathroom and neighbours who need careful consideration. That experience matters just as much as product knowledge. We often work alongside clients’ wider design teams on larger home renovation schemes that include extensions or kitchen design, tying bathroom finishes into a broader concept. Because we specialise in design-led spaces, we regularly help clients match a bathroom or kitchen palette, for example repeating timber tones, stone finishes or metal details so the whole home feels coherent. Many people like to visit our Muswell Hill showroom more than once, bringing samples from other rooms to check everything together under the same light before ordering.

Choosing The Best Bathroom Fitters In The London Area

Our team brings together designers and an installation coordinator, working alongside a network of independent installers and trades we've built up over years for every type of room installation. That means the same people who care about layout and lighting also think about every tile, every visible joint and every junction between materials. We handle the flow from concept through to delivery, and connect you with installers who take it from there

Because we also work on wider schemes, where a client might be planning to renovate a flat and upgrade both the bathroom and the kitchen, we understand how a consistent palette can run through hallways, living areas and suites. Clients often tell us that this joined up thinking, plus our responsive refurbishment service, are the reasons they recommend us to friends as specialists in London for high end bathrooms.

Many people start their bathroom renovation project by typing “looking for bathroom fitters” into a search engine and comparing london bathroom installations from different companies. That research is useful, yet the most important questions are about who will actually be in your home, how they manage the schedule and how they respond if something unexpected happens. We see ourselves as design-led bathroom specialists, we specialise in projects across North and Central London, from period conversions to new build penthouses.

Bringing Your Dream Bathroom To Life

Whether you are planning a full bathroom renovation or a single feature suite in a new extension, our role is to bring your dream bathroom from sketches and ideas into a finished, ready to use space. Our aim is to bring that dream bathroom to life with as little disruption as possible. Many homeowners choose to renovate a tired room once and for all rather than keep patching things up, so a full bathroom refurbishment often feels like a fresh start for the whole property.

We start by listening. Then we shape a layout, create visuals and specify products, before handing the plans to your installer. You can be deeply involved in every choice, or step back while we handle the project from start to finish. Quite a few clients go away while the work is done and come back to a finished bathroom installation with towels on the rail and candles on the ledge.

If you're looking for a design and supply partner who can also point you to installers who treat your home with care, we'd be happy to talk. We offer a no-obligation chat at our Muswell Hill showroom where we can walk you through our process, outline budgets for different levels of specification and explain exactly how our fully managed bathroom installation in London service works, whether you are in North, west or central London.
